- Justyna Burska gained experience in Warsaw law firms, specializing in providing commercial entities with day-to-day services and in litigation proceedings.
- She has represented Clients in disputes concerning the validity of corporate resolutions and liabilities of members of the company’s bodies, dissolution of companies, obtaining receivables for provided services, damages, including for the management boards’ actions to the detriment of companies, as well as compensation for infringement of personal rights. Justyna Burska has provided legal support by representing employers in labor law cases. She served on anti-mobbing committees for employers as an external expert.
- Moreover, she handled disputes related to division of assets between ex-spouses, including in the scope of corporate transformations.
