Our lawyer, Martyna Kałdonek, took part in the nationwide academic conference “Pay Transparency and Openness: Opportunities, Challenges and Directions for Change”, organized by the Department of Labour Law at Kozminski University.
During the event, she co-authored a paper titled “The Employer’s Obligation to Inform Job Candidates About Remuneration as an Instrument for the Protection of Human Freedom”. The presentation focused on analysing the scope of employers’ information obligations — from subjective, objective and temporal perspectives — and their importance for protecting individual rights at the recruitment stage.
The issue of pay transparency remains one of the key topics in contemporary labour law, particularly in light of upcoming legislative changes and the growing expectations regarding transparency in employment processes.
We congratulate Martyna on her successful presentation and are proud to support the academic and professional development of our lawyers.
