On 21 February this year, PolishSupremeCourt issued an interesting ruling in a case concerning the publication of an article by a press publisher using information presented by aFacebook user on her profile, without her consent. The plaintiffs demanded an apology and compensation in the amount of PLN 250 thousand for each of them (two persons) based on regulations concerning the infringement of personal rights.
