The security of a transaction depends on numerous decisions taken as early as the stage of preparing the documentation and drafting the individual contracts.
These issues will be the focus of the training session ‘Contracts for the sale of property: preliminary, conditional and definitive’, which will be led by Michał Siembab as part of an online meeting organised by the Polish Real Estate Market Federation.
Participants will learn about the practical aspects of drafting contracts used in the property sales process, as well as solutions to minimise legal risks for both the seller and the buyer.
The training programme covers, amongst other things:
- the principles of correctly drafting a preliminary agreement,
- deposits, contractual penalties, irrevocable powers of attorney and the entry of a claim in the land and mortgage register as instruments to secure the transaction,
- the nature and application of conditional contracts and the correct formulation of conditions,
- the safe execution of mortgage-financed property sales,
- the consequences of breach of contract and the pursuit of claims in court.
The training is aimed at those operating in the property market, in particular developers, estate agents, property managers and all participants in the investment process who wish to better secure their transactions and minimise legal risks.
The training will take place on 23 June online. Further information and the registration form are available on the organiser’s website: LINK
