Our employment law experts, Renata Bugiel and Justyna Burska, took part in the Spring European Employment Summit – a conference organised by International Employment Lawyer, which this year was held in Amsterdam.
The event is one of the key European gatherings dedicated to international employment law and brings together lawyers from law firms as well as in-house legal teams from companies operating across multiple markets.
This year’s programme included discussions on the challenges related to managing employment matters in M&A transactions, the future of remote and hybrid work, and disputes shaping employment law practice across different jurisdictions. Participants also debated upcoming regulatory developments, including preparations for the implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive.
Attending the event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences with experts from across Europe and to discuss trends that are likely to have a significant impact on employment law practice in the coming years – including in Poland.
