On 2 June 2026, Warsaw will host the Railway Investment Congress 2026 – an event dedicated to the practical aspects of planning, implementing and accounting for infrastructure and rolling stock investments on the Polish railways. The programme will cover topics including tender processes, contract implementation, investment disputes, remuneration indexation, and the legal and economic conditions for carrying out railway projects.
Among the experts speaking at the event will be Michał Siembab, who will deliver a presentation entitled:
“Claims in contracts for the execution of railway construction works. Time-based claims, financial claims, additional works, changes in technology, price changes, dispute resolution”.
The presentation will address one of the most challenging areas of infrastructure project implementation.
The Congress will bring together representatives of contracting authorities, contractors, subcontractors, technology suppliers, and legal and technical experts associated with the railway market. The event’s format has been designed to facilitate the exchange of experiences among participants involved in the implementation of Poland’s largest infrastructure projects.
