We are pleased to inform that our team welcomes a new lawyer, a legal counsel trainee at the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. Mikołaj Stępkowski has graduated from Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration. He is a laureate of the XIII edition of the contest organized by the Polish Patent Office for the best master’s thesis about intellectual property, his work was entitled ‘Bad faith trade mark fillings’. Before joining GKR Legal he worked at reputable law firms, his main field of practice is industrial property law and counteracting unfair competition. Mikołaj handles european anti-monopoly law cases particularly the automotive industry (GVO, MV, BER regulations) and domain cases.
