Our client – Olimax NT, a company with Canadian capital – will build a hemp processing plant in Dębska Wola. The total investment value is over PLN 100 million. Today, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology in Warsaw, Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz sent the company a decision on financial support for the planned investment from the Starachowice Special Economic Zone. A team coordinated by Rafał Roszkowski supports Olimax NT in the implementation of this investment.
The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology bases the tax relief upon qualifiable investment into Poland by the Company. Stillcanna’s Horizon extraction facility is planned to be built in a special economic zone that is very close to the company’s existing facilities. Up to 55% of the Company’s capital investment can be offset with the corporate tax relief. Qualifying investments include land, building, architectural and engineering costs, machinery and equipment.
