On 9 September, the next edition of the Railway Investment Congress will take place – an event bringing together representatives of the railway sector, including investors, contractors and entities involved in the implementation of infrastructure and rolling stock projects.
Michał Sembab will take part in this year’s event, delivering two presentations on key legal issues relating to the implementation of railway investment projects.
During his first presentation, he will discuss contractual penalties in the context of railway contracts, specifically in construction works contracts and supply contracts. The second presentation will focus on claims arising from railway construction works contracts and contract amendments. Our expert will discuss claims relating to deadlines, financial claims, additional works, changes in technology, price changes and dispute resolution.
