Data Protection : in a year there will be big changes in The European Union. Polish institutions may have a problem.
In exactly a year a new UE regulation – The General Data Protection Regulation (RODO) will come into force, standardizing the right of European citizens to data privacy.
Analysis has revealed that about 50 % of companies and institutions don’t know how the regulation will function, and a vast majority of those who do know still haven’t implemented the needed procedures for the regulation to work – more information in a conversation on Polskie Radio with attorney-at-law Rafał Roszkowski:
