The ETS, imports from outside the European Union, new building requirements and the changing legal environment are having an increasingly significant impact on the functioning of the construction sector. We will be discussing the challenges associated with these changes during the conference “Competition, Climate, Regulations: Three Forces Shaping the Construction Sector”, which our law firm is co-organising.
The event will be attended by representatives of the European Commission, the Polish government and the construction industry. Among the invited experts is Michał Siembab, who will speak at the panel discussion ‘Construction under pressure: the ETS, imports from outside the European Union and new building regulations’.
The conference will provide an opportunity to discuss the direction of regulatory changes and their impact on companies operating in the construction sector, as well as to exchange experiences and perspectives amongst representatives of government, business and experts.
The event will take place at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw.
