Anna Gołębiowska is an attorney at law who specialises in industrial property, copyright, unfair competition and contracts law, as well as litigation. She advises Polish and foreign clients from different sectors, including automotive, food and beverages, consumer products and pharmaceuticals.
She is an expert in IP enforcement. Her experience covers all aspects of enforcing IP rights, developing and implementing strategies against counterfeiting and parallel imports, portfolio management as well as prosecution.
She has successfully advised and represented renowned brands seeking to protect their rights, with particular emphasis on protecting trademarks, designs and copyrights. She has significant experience in IP and unfair competition litigation.
She also drafts and negotiates court and out-of- court settlement agreements, as well as license and IP transfer agreements. She represents clients in arbitration proceedings
in Poland and the WIPO regarding the unauthorized use of trademarks in domain names.
