Anna Gołębiowska, Partner in GKR Legal attended the GRUR / JIPLP joint seminar, which took place last Friday on 24th of November in London. The seminar was dedicated to presentation of the current European jurisprudence regarding trademarks. The panelists also discussed the BREXIT impact on the system of the trademarks’ protection.
