Anna Gołębiowska has been appointed to the INTA Parallel Imports Committee for the 2020-2021 term.
Parallel Imports Committee of International Trademark Association develops and advocates the Associations policy regarding the balanced protection against parallel imports. The committee will monitor developments in treaties, cases, legislation and regulation in various jurisdictions, complete analyses and propose policy recommendations to the Board.
