From 7 to 10 October 2026, Prague will host the next PTMG conference – ‘Trade Mark Buddies on a Bohemian Rhapsody’. Anna Gołębiowska will be taking part in the event, which brings together experts in trade marks and intellectual property every year.
This year’s programme covers a wide range of current issues relating to brand protection and management. Topics include, amongst others, the use of artificial intelligence in legal practice and domain portfolio management.
There will also be discussions on issues relevant to the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Participants will discuss, amongst other things, the protection of medical device designs, trade dress issues in the pharmaceutical sector, and trademark disputes.
The PTMG Conference is an event we attend every year. Once again, it will provide an opportunity to meet experts from various jurisdictions and discuss current challenges relating to the protection of intellectual property.
