nnovation and law met in Munich. We’ve just wrapped up the 107th PTMG Conference. Representing us at this spring meeting focused on trademarks and the pharmaceutical sector was Anna Gołębiowska.
The main panels focused on:
- disputes and trademark protection in the pharmaceutical industry,
- digital harmonization in IP and global rights management platforms,
- copyright in the pharmaceutical market,
- damages for trademark infringement.
It was a fantastic opportunity to exchange experiences with experts from around the world and to explore the latest trends in intellectual property and pharma.
